Apres Ski…

Skiing in BANSKO, BULGARIA (January 2015):

Located on the Blue “6” slope route on the Bansko Ski Resort lies a luxurious Bar & Restaurant called 180 Degrees – a MUST for a pizza slice and shot of whisky to calm those ski nerves…

MORZINE (July 2013)– This place is a ski resort but we went without the snow one Summer on an activity adventure holiday. I therefore need to give you an insight into the food around these dry slopes…

We stumbled across the place below which served the tastiest duck breast with foie gras – a fantastic restaurant in the mountains;

Val Thorens in THE FRENCH ALPS (2010):

This was a Uni Ski Trip – hence not many food photographs… but the memories of hot chocolate on the mountain tops and the best raclette with fresh meats will never escape me 🙂

Andorra:

Situated in the Pyrenees mountains, Andorra seemed to tick all the right boxes…

Great cheese, great bars and great Creme Brulee on tricky slopes!
